The Espace® 70TH window in the motorised OB version allows you to offer a product combining user comfort and air quality.

- Maximum clearance of 150 mm, maximum weight of the sash 130 kg
- Auto Lock function

- Occasional manual operation when opening inwards (French-style opening)
